There’s no shortage of contractors in the New Jersey and New York City Metro area who can help you with your home renovation project. However, when you’re looking for more than just a general contractor, that’s where Pantheon Construction comes in. For the past 20+ years we have served property owners of all types, as well as the nation’s largest insurance companies.

If you own, insure, manage, or lease property in the NY and NJ metro area, Pantheon is your go-to team for renovations. Our expansive project portfolio consists of quality construction in every industry sector nationwide. From residential renovations to complex commercial structures Pantheon has the experience and technical expertise to get the job done on time and within budget.

Pantheon’s Design and Build approach has many advantages over a traditional renovation approach. The Pantheon Design Build approach streamlines the remodeling process into three simple steps: in-home consultation, design agreement and construction. Our approach starts with a great plan.

Business Consultation

STEP 1: IN-HOME CONSULTATION

Many homeowners feel overwhelmed when they think about all of the elements that go into a renovation project; from design, flooring, lighting, paint colors, cabinets, appliances, electrical, plumbing, hardware, sub-contractor, etc. Pantheon is here to organize all of our client’s ideas and concerns into an effective design strategy and time line. Our residential renovation process begins with an in-home consultation to discuss your ideas and explore options. It is critical for Pantheon to see your home, discuss your lifestyle and get a sense of how you use your space. During this consultation, we will ask lots of questions get some preliminary measurements.

As we begin to fine-tune the scope of your project, we will prepare detailed plans and elevations for your review and approval. With a residential renovation, Pantheon usually creates 1-2 directions that your project could take. We research past projects of similar scope, specialty sub-contractors, vendors, zoning laws, conservation and historical requirements to create an accurate budget for the proposed scope of work.

STEP 2: DESIGN AGREEMENT

After the in home consultation we will generate architectural floor plans, and continue with more in depth surveys depending on the level of finishes and style desired. Once preliminary layouts and designs have been approved and finalized, we submit them to our architects who will begin preparing the blueprints that will be used by our team during your renovation. During this phase, you will meet with your designer at our showroom to select the products and finishes that will be used in your project. There is a vast array of materials, options and finishes from which to choose. With the guidance of your experienced designer, you will discover a world of stunning and innovative products and accessories that can be used in the design and construction of your renovation project. At this point, the final budget for your project is presented based on the final design and finishes that were developed and selected. This budget is guaranteed, because we’re very confident of our level of planning at this point. We’re also able to give you a conceptual timeline for your project at this time as well.

STEP 3: CONSTRUCTION

Once the building permits are issued, construction will begin soon thereafter. You will be assigned a project manager who will be overseeing all of the construction activity. He will meet with you before construction begins and frequently thereafter to answer any questions and to provide overviews and progress updates. Communication is very important, and your project manager will be instrumental in keeping you informed and making sure everything is running smoothly and to your specifications.

If you are living in your home during the construction period, we understand your normal routine may feel somewhat interrupted. Pantheon will take every possible measure to be as unobtrusive and respectful as possible. The day-to-day experience during construction is just as important as the finished results, which is why we focus on making living through the remodel as painless as possible.

As construction nears completion, your project manager will take you on a final walk though. At this point, any concerns you have will be noted and resolved prior to finishing your project. Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. Our total commitment to client satisfaction is the reason that 99% of our customers would refer us to friends and family.
